After-hours education program offers a lifeline to at-risk students - Tuesday, June 17, 2014

Mobile County schools officials recommended the Mobile Area Education Foundation's Evening Education Options Program, which is tailored to students who are close to giving up on school. EEOP students attend classes from 4 to 8 p.m. weeknights in classrooms at Palmer Pillans Middle School, working with tutors and counselors as needed. (Press-Register)
