IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, the 2020 Statewide Summit is postponed until further notice.
On September 22-23, 2020, the Mobile Area Education Foundation, in partnership with the 75,000 Degrees Talent Hub, will host the 2020 Statewide Education Summit in Mobile, AL at the Arthur Outlaw Mobile Convention Center.
Over two days, attendees will be engaged in three pillars of content- Getting READY (PreK-8), Getting IN (grades 9-12) and Getting THROUGH (post-secondary education/training). The 2020 Statewide Education Summit will elevate promising practices, engage education leaders/stakeholders and empower all attendees to return to their community with innovative ways to ensure all students are Getting READY, Getting IN and Getting THROUGH a post-secondary pathway.
Request for Proposals
MAEF is accepting proposals from organizations/individuals to lead an engaging breakout session.
Sessions offered at the summit should be applicable to the intended audience of PreK-12 grade educators; higher education faculty, staff and administrators; community organizers and college access leaders.
Breakout sessions for the 2020 Statewide Education Summit will last for one hour including appropriate time for questions. Presenters will be expected to bring their own computers. You will be asked to indicate in the form the type of equipment your session will require.

Early Bird registration fee (ends May 1, 2020): $125.00
Registration after May 1, 2020: $175.00
Onsite Registration: $200.00
We highly recommend teams consisting of stakeholders from PreK, K-12, Higher Education, Community Organizations, and Business/Industry from communities to attend the summit. This will enable you and your team to maximize your learning in the concurrent sessions.
